Another Blow from Target

Turns out Target won't refund me the difference of what I paid for the bedding because the item went on "clearance" not on "sale". I don't see the difference. If somebody pays almost 50% more for something only days before it goes on clearance, you should refund the difference. It's the only fair thing to do. At least give me store credit.

Target just doesn't do anything for their customers. Even the people from corporate have nothing to tell you. When I told the guy I would never shop at Target again, he said, "Well, that's your choice." Excuse me for thinking that guest relations is supposed to provide customer service and satisfaction. Yet another instance of the corporations ripping off the little guy who helps build it.

Just return the items you bought, get the refund and then purchase the one that is now on clerance, there is always a way around it. Just tell them it was a gift and it is not the color you wanted (just give them a lame excuse), either way they cannot deny you from returning an item. You win and you have no sales people to deal with. Smiles,
