Rough Night

I think Helena might be going through a growth spurt or something. Last night she woke up 5 times to eat. That hasn't happened in over a month. Either her clock was just off because she wanted to take a nap at 7:00 last night, or she was just really hungry. I am going to try to have her take a nap between 3 and 5, so that way she'll be awake for a few hours and ready to sleep again by 9:00. If that doesn't work, it looks like we may have to start introducing some cereal to her. She has a doctor's appointment early next month, so I'd like to wait and see what he has to say. Either way, she's growing... I can tell. And it's only a matter of time until milk just won't do it anymore.
