How ironic that you just posted that video of Helena eating ice cream! My friends surprised me on MY bday this year with a Cold Stone Red Velvet Ice Cream Cake (my fave).

Good for you. It sounds like a fabulous opportunity. It is also wonderful to hear when employers still care about their employees...if only all companies realized a happy worker is a hard worker.....Anyway, congrats, I am soooo happy for you!
